Why you need this to be a World Changer
- God will not work in us or through us if we do not believe
He can.
Now He could do no mighty work there … and He marveled
because of their unbelief. Mark 6:5-6
- Our faith is the power that can overcome the world.
For whatever
is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory
that has overcome the world - our faith. Who is he who overcomes
the
world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God? I
John 5:4-5
God Can and Will use you If you let Him
- God used:
- DAVID to
defeat the Philistines and bring honor to Israel and God.
(I Samuel 17)
- ESTHER to bring deliverance
to the Jews. (Esther 4:14)
- DANIEL to witness
to a mighty king. (Daniel 6:25-27)
- MARY to bring forth
the Savior of the world. (Luke 1:26-35)
These people were all
Teenagers!
- What God does through us is determined by our Faith.
I
say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed,
you will say
to this
mountain, "Move
from here to there," and it will move; and
nothing will be impossible for you. Matthew
17:20
Steps to Moving Mountains
- You
have to be able to communicate with God.
So then faith comes
by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. Romans 10:17
- You have to be a person of integrity.
For the Lord does not
see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the
Lord
looks at the heart. I Samuel 16:7
- You have to be bold in your stand
for God.
"
Now, Lord, look on their threats, and grant to Your servants that
with all boldness they may speak your word … and when they
had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was
shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they
spoke the
word of God with boldness." Acts 4:29, 31
- You have to live a committed life before God.
The He (Jesus) said to them all, "If anyone desires to come
after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily,
and follow Me. Luke 9:23
- You have to be involved now.
For you, brethren, have been called
to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for
the flesh, but through love serve one another. Galatians 5:13
- You have to have a vision for the world.
But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion
for them, because they were weary and scattered, like
sheep having no shepherd. Then He said to His disciples, "The harvest truly
is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray the Lord
of the harvest to send out laborers into the His harvest." Matthew
9:36-38
One Last Thought God
wants to use you to do mighty things while you are here on the
earth, but you have to believe that He will. Now, while you are
a
teenager is the best time to let God use you.
Remember now your
Creator in the days of your youth, before the difficult days come,
and the
years draw near when you say, "I have no pleasure in them." Ecclesiastes
12:1
