DAY 38: props to your Partner

You have been on this incredible journey for 38 days. God has used you to be His ambassador to your family, friends, and school. You've prayed; He's blessed. You've been a blessing as you have served and He's given you the strength to tell others about your hope in Him. But if you think you've been on this journey by yourself—you're wrong. There has been one person who has been praying for you during this awesome adventure— your prayer partner. For some they have enjoyed an entire network of prayer partners, but whether it was one or one hundred, your prayer partner has been there. Today is a day to give thanks to God for their prayer support and personally thank them.

Bless Pillar I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now. Philippians 1:3-5

Suggestions

  • Call your prayer partner and thank him/her for their prayer support.
  • Write a letter or e-mail and tell them how God has used The 40-Day Challenge to impact your life. They have been on the journey with you and today we honor them.

Adults
If you had a prayer partner; thank him/her. If not thank someone who has been an encouragement to you during The 40-Day Challenge—it might be a youth leader, close friend, or even a youth!
